One Final Note:

Closing the Year and Embracing New Horizons

It’s hard to believe we’ve come to the final post of this year—nearly three years of sending out these weekly emails, each Tuesday, with devotion and commitment. As I pause to reflect on this journey, my heart is filled with gratitude for every lesson learned, every challenge overcome, and every spark of insight shared. I want to take a moment to celebrate this milestone, offer a glimpse of the changes on the horizon, and invite you to join me in the next chapter of our ever-evolving Tantra exploration.

Reflecting on Three Years of Weekly Posts

When I first began writing these weekly emails, I was fueled by a love for Tantra and a desire to share its transformative power with anyone ready to receive it. Over time, it became more than just a mailing list—it evolved into a community, a space where we could learn and grow together through the tapestry of Tantric principles and practices.

  • Devotion to Consistency: For nearly three years, hitting “send” every Tuesday became a sacred ritual—a practice in itself that taught me discipline, vulnerability, and creativity.
  • Building a Tapestry of Teachings: Each post wove a new thread into our shared understanding of Tantra, covering everything from breathwork and chakras to devotion, shadow work, and the dance of masculine and feminine energies.

Now, all of these past emails (yes, all three years of them) will be available on the upcoming TantraSD.com website—currently under construction, but soon to become a living archive of our journey so far. Thank you for your patience as I work behind the scenes to bring this vision to life.

The Heart-Centered Being: Rebranding and Expansion

If you’ve noticed a shift in tone or content, that’s because I’ve been in the process of rebranding under The Heart-Centered Being. Here you’ll find more of my musings, along with an expanding menu of services, workshops, and events—including those outside of San Diego.

  • More Workshops, More Travels: In the coming year, I’ll be taking my offerings on the road—to New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Mexico, and perhaps beyond. If you have a suggestion for where I should bring a workshop, let me know!
  • Growing Community: Whether you’re local or halfway across the globe, my goal is to build a supportive container where we can learn, heal, and connect in a heart-centered way.

Deepening My Commitment to Tantra and Vedic Astrology

The new year marks the start of an even deeper dive into Tantra for me, personally. I’ve found a new mentor to guide me in Vedic Astrology, a discipline intricately connected to the Tantric worldview. This will be a major focus in my studies, and I can’t wait to share what I learn through our weekly blog posts.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Weekly Blogs with Fresh Insights: As I learn and integrate Vedic Astrology into my practice, I’ll be writing about it in real time, translating esoteric concepts into approachable teachings.
  • New Moon and Full Moon Ceremonies: Each month, I’ll be offering in-person gatherings to bring our community together. These ceremonies will feature White Tantric Practices, something our community has been asking for—a chance to practice in a sacred group setting and harness lunar energies for transformation.
  • Interweaving Astrology and Tantra: Expect to see how planetary energies and cosmic rhythms can enhance our Tantric practices, bringing even more depth and alignment to our spiritual journeys.

Honoring My Mentor: Working with Francoise Ginsberg

I’m also thrilled to share that I’ve been working closely with Francoise Ginsberg, a mentor who’s been pivotal in helping me refine my business, offerings, and skill set in Tantra. Francoise, who is retiring soon, has been a guiding light for me—her depth of knowledge in designing Puja Ceremonies and her heart-centered approach to teaching have already elevated my practice and vision.

Be on the lookout for special Pujas starting in the Spring! These gatherings will be a beautiful way to celebrate community, honor sacred traditions, and embody the transformative power of Tantra. I can’t wait to share the wisdom Francoise has passed on to me, and I’m deeply grateful for her guidance in bringing these Puja experiences to life.

Today’s Thought Exercise: Welcoming the Next Chapter

As we close out this year and step into the next, I invite you to reflect on your own spiritual journey. What are you ready to explore more deeply? Is there a new skill or practice calling your name? Take a few moments to:

  1. Journal about one area of your life you wish to deepen in the coming year—perhaps it’s a spiritual discipline, a creative pursuit, or a personal relationship.
  2. Set a small, heart-centered intention for how you’ll support that growth.
  3. Share your reflections in the comments, or keep them close to your heart as you transition into this fresh cycle.

Final Words of Gratitude and Anticipation

Thank you for being here, for reading these weekly posts, and for growing alongside me. I’m humbled by the support and curiosity you’ve all shown. As this year winds down, let’s honor all that has come before—the lessons, the challenges, the triumphs—and open ourselves to the new possibilities awaiting us.

May the coming year bring you closer to your heart’s truth, deeper into community, and ever more aligned with the sacred currents of life. I’m excited to continue this journey together—exploring Tantra, Vedic Astrology, and now the beauty of Puja Ceremonies—in our upcoming New Moon and Full Moon Ceremonies. Here’s to a year of expansion, devotion, and heart-centered being. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your path.
